Buttermilk Pie
Ingredients
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of nutmeg
    • Directions
    Mix all ingredients and put in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. It should shake like jello in the center.
