Easy Chicken Cacciatore
Ingredients
  • 6 deboned chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 large jar of Ragu spaghetti sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Directions
    Lightly brown chicken in hot olive oil. Add onion and cook until chicken is golden brown. Add Ragu sauce and add water to make sauce thin. Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes until chicken is tender and sauce has thickened. Serve with cooked spaghetti. Yield 6 servings.
