Ultimate Cookie Recipe
Ingredients
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup grandulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

    Directions
    Combine all ingredients. Store in air tight container in cool, dry place for up to 6 months. Makes 4 cups.

    Holiday Cookies
    Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter, at room temperature, cut into 1/2 pieces
  • 1 recipe Ultimate Cookie Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • sprinkles, food coloring, or any thing you desire for decoration

    Directions
    Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease baking sheets. At low speed, beat butter into cookie mixture until mixture is sandy. Beat in egg and vanilla, (and food coloring if desired). Divide dough in half and on floured surface roll out dough to 1/4 thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out and then bake 10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes then decorate as desired.
