Congealed Cranberry Salad
Ingredients
  • 1 package raspberry gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • Directions
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, cool. Mix cream cheese well with a small amount of the pineapple juice. Add pineapple, cranberry sauce and nuts. Add to gelatin mixture, chill until firm. Yield: 8 servings.
