Beer Cheese
Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb. American cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Sharp cheese
  • 1 large Bermuda or Spanish onion
  • 1 tablespoon worscheshire
  • dash salt
  • dash red pepper
  • dash paprika
  • 1 cup can or bottle beer
  • parsley (for garnish)

    Directions
    Soften cheeses. Grate onion. Add all indgredients together except beer. Add beer slowly beating until smooth. Garnish with parsley.
