When I first heard about the Internet or the World Wide Web, I thought it was only for big companies and rich people. Then we bought a webtv. Then realized what a wonderful thing the Web TV and the WWW was. The way you can reach out to people all over the world. And I made SO many friends online. People ask me, even still today after almost every household is online one way or another, how do you make friends online?? Well I don't know how I do it, but I do know that percentage wise, out of 100 people I have met, I am still friends with 99% of them. I have met in person over 50% of them and talked on the phone with over 60% of them.
I am a nightowl. I have always loved the night time and have had many jobs at night. I find I do my best work at night either creating web pages or working at a job. I think of myself as a kind person. I do get mad at people, but not very often. The bad thing I think about myself when I do get mad is, I find myself thinking and devising ways to get revenge against whomever it is I am mad at. I still try to calm myself with the Motto my mother taught me, "What goes around, comes around". She always told me that God would take care of those people. But my problem there is...I want to be there in PERSON to witness it. Sometimes I think I am too honest. I feel one of my faults is I am not sensitive enough to other peoples feeling when it comes to my directness. I hate a liar more than anything in this world. I think of myself as an outgoing person. I was a hell raiser in my youth and still like to get wild once in a blue moon. But I take my MOM responsibilities seriously so my wild moments are few and far between. I lost my Mom in 1994 and my Dad in 1999. I miss them both so very much. I used to be big on "Family". But not anymore. I now have a saying, "If you could pick your family like you can pick your friends...you would be a rich person". I am working on becoming RICH. I have calmed down a bit in my old age. I now try to control my temper and try to take time to smell the coffee. I am not a clean freak but I do like things neat and organized. I like to consider myself a down to earth person.

Generous and warmhearted
Creative and enthusiastic
Broad-minded and expansive
Faithful and loving

On the dark side...
Pompous and patronizing
Bossy and interfering
Dogmatic and intolerant
Flowers are not on my list of Favorites, but if I had to pick one it would be the Carnation. My favorite color is blue. My favorite character is Scooby Doo. I collect anything to do with Scooby. I love vintage cars. But if I had the money I would buy myself a Hummer. I don't like dressing up very often and mostly love my blue jeans and T-shirts. I love rock-n-roll, and some of the OLD Country Music. I love yard sales and flea markets. I love babies, dogs, cats, and any other animal.

We have created a few family Traditions. One is our Christmas Tree layout. We have a train and a whole town around our tree every year. Another is our Annual Halloween Party/Haunted House. We go all out in creating a great haunted house and a separate party for the kids. We have the traditional Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner. All other holidays and celebrations are usually anything we want to do at that moment. I love to cross-stitch, crafts, read, go camping, work on web pages, and do yard work. Although I do have many other interest, those are the main ones. I have been bitten recently by the Genealogy Bug, so I am creating a family tree for my future generations.

My Children and Hubby:
My hubby is my sweetheart from high school. We broke up for a year after school to spread our wings and got back together and got married Nov 22, 1980. Although he was born in Iowa he considers himself a true Southerner. And to tell the truth he acts like a 100% Redneck. But he is my asshole and I guess I'll keep him for awhile...LOL Some Retro Picts
My oldest is 24 and she has married and moved away. We don't see to much of her or my grandson.
My 24 year old son has moved back home again.OUCH! I won't touch that subject.
My 14 year old is growing up and developing that "Teen Attitude" but he is also developing a responsible attitude, which is different.
My 7 year old is sometimes stubborn and decisive about who's the boss around here, but a joy most of the time.
To find out more about my opinions of my children and kids in general, I have a web site with that info on it:
