Fluffy Rolls
| Ingredients

1 cup shortening
2 yeast cakes;
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup lukewarm water
1 cup boiling water
7 1/2 -8 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. melted butter
| Directions

Cream sugar and shortening. Add boiling water; let cool until lukewarm. Add eggs. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and add to mixture. Sift and add 4 cups flour. Blend good until smooth; gradually add the balance of flour. Place dough in greased bowl. Brush with melted butter. Cover tightly with waxed paper. Place in refrigerator. Use as needed. Be sure to let rise 2 hours. Bake at 450 degrees 15 to 20 minutes.
