Beef Goulash
| Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
1 large box of large elbow macaroni (16 oz.)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can of tomato paste (6 oz.)
1 large can of tomato sauce (16 oz.)
2 cups of water
1 medium size garlic clove

In a LARGE or skillet fry pan cook onion and ground beef until completely done. Drain off excess grease. Reduce heat to medium. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, noodles, and garlic clove. Stir thouroughly. Add 1 cup of water and cover for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to simmer and add last cup of water. Done when noodles are tender. Remove garlic clove before serving. Sprinkle grated cheese on top if desired. Serves 8.
