Lemon Crunch Pound Cake
Ingredients
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups cake flour
  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • Directions
    Cream sugar and oil together thoroughly. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flavoring. Then the cake flour that has been sifted four times. Add in 4 parts. Bake in tube pan top and is oh so good.
