Noodle & Beef Casserole
| Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1 tbsp. flour
1 can condensed onion soup
1 pkg. frozen green peas, cooked
1 small can tomato sauce
4 cups egg noodles, cooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
| Directions

Brown ground beef, green peppers together. Add flour, onion soup and tomato sauce. Alternate layers of noodles, meat and peas in buttered casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and let bake 5 more minutes. Yield 6 servings.
