Italian Pasta & Vegetable Salad
| Ingredients

8oz rotelle or spiral pasta
2 1/2 cups assorted cut-up fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers, cauliflower, onions, and mushrooms)
1/2 cup cubed chedar or Mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup sliced, pitted ripe olives (black)
1 cup of Wishbone Italian Dressing

Cook pasta according to package directions, rinse and rinse with cold water until completely cool. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the dressing. Add the dressing toss well. Serve chilled or at room temp.Add dalt or pepper. Serves 8 side dishes. Note: If preparing a day ahead refridgerate, then stir in about 1/4 cup dressing before serving.
