Sausage-n-Rice Skillet Supper
| Ingredients

1 pound smoked sausage
1 large bag of Success rice
1 can (10 3/4oz) condensed cream of celery soup or mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1 package (10oz) frozen peas, separated
1 can (3oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
a sprig of parsley

Cook rice according to package directions. Cut sausage into bite size chunks. Combine soup,water and salt in an electric skillet at 350 degrees or a heavy skillet on medium heat. Cover and bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in frozen peas and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese. Simmer covered for 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley.Serves 6.
