Sausage Balls
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Hot Sausage
  • 3 cups Biscuit mix
  • 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
    •
    Directions
    Mix all ingredients together. By hand, form into balls the size of walnuts. Place on cookie sheet and cook for 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Yields 100 balls.
