Tuna Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
  • 1 small box elbow macaroni
  • 1/3 cup chopped green pepper (more if desired)
  • 2 boiled eggs (chopped)
  • 1 can tuna, drained and flaked
  • mayonnaise
  • salt
  • Directions
    Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until tender, drain and rinse. Combine macaroni, pepper, eggs, and tuna. Stir in mayonnaise and toss. chill. Serve on lettuce. Yield: 6-8 servings.
